The only data that are stored is the full name of the credit card holder, due to security reasons and certifying the orders.

- Technical & Usage Information related to the services we provide to you,

- TPL offers high levels of security through an SSL AES 256bit encryption, a trustworthy technology that is globally used for secure internet transactions. Whenever personal data input is required, TPL uses the SSL technology, thus your personal data are handled encrypted in our servers.
- We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
- It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
- When you login to your account from a public computer please don t check the box that will keep you connected ("Remember me" box).
DATA RETENTION AND CORRECTNESS
TPL retains the collected data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter TPL deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe. TPL does not verify the correctness of personal data.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain your Personal Data as long as we need to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy (unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law). Generally this means that we will keep your personal data as long as you have an account with our Company. As for your Personal Data relating to purchases, we maintain this data for a longer period of time in order to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and commercial law and for warranty purposes).
